Terms of Service for Avenzo GmbH — your rights and obligations when using the Avenzo tax app, insurance comparison, and fiduciary services.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Avenzo platform (avenzo.ch and the Avenzo mobile app) provided by Avenzo GmbH, Steinhausen, Switzerland.
By creating an account or using Avenzo services, you agree to these Terms.

Notify Avenzo immediately at sicherheit@avenzo.ch if you suspect unauthorized access.
Service fees are published at avenzo.ch/en/tax-app/pricing/. All prices include Swiss VAT at the applicable rate. Payments are processed via secure Swiss payment providers. Avenzo issues electronic invoices (compliant with Swiss VAT requirements).
Cancellation and refunds: You may cancel paid plans within 30 days of purchase if the service has not been fully rendered. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information and documents you provide to Avenzo. Avenzo's tax return service relies on the data you supply. Avenzo GmbH is not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
The tax return content produced by Avenzo reflects the information provided by you. Final legal responsibility for the accuracy of your tax return remains with you, as the taxpayer, in accordance with Swiss tax law.
Avenzo GmbH is registered with FINMA as an unbound insurance intermediary (ungebundener Versicherungsvermittler) under the Insurance Supervision Act (VAG), register number F01567880. For insurance intermediation services, additional regulatory terms and information-duty disclosures (VAG Art. 45) apply and will be provided at the point of service engagement.
All software, content, and materials on the Avenzo platform are the intellectual property of Avenzo GmbH. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or distribute Avenzo's software or content without written permission.
Avenzo GmbH's liability is limited to direct damages caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Avenzo GmbH is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or tax assessments resulting from information provided by the user. Maximum liability per incident is capped at the fees paid by the client in the preceding 12 months.
Avenzo reserves the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Steinhausen (Canton Zug), Switzerland, subject to mandatory provisions of the applicable law.
